The Women Sport Management project

Angeluss is a sport management company that aims to support and follow young, talented women in the world of two wheels. Our goal is to make the top international categories more accessible to women, not only with a view to the role of rider but also all the different profiles that make up a team.

Who we are

Angeluss is a sports management company founded by Aurora Angelucci, born from a passion for sports and the desire to promote female talent in the world of two wheels. We believe in the importance of breaking down barriers and creating tangible opportunities for women in a sector traditionally dominated by men. Our goal is to make international categories more accessible to women, enhancing their skills not only as riders but also in the strategic and technical roles that make up a team, such as mechanics, engineers, managers, and much more. We work to build an inclusive environment where talent, determination, and competence can shine regardless of gender.

Why Motorcycling

Motorcycling is one of the few sports where women and men can compete together, even at the highest levels. However, despite the growing number of women working in the industry, it remains a male-dominated environment.
In 73 years of World Championship history, only 15 women have had the opportunity to compete in the various categories, and none has ever had a continuous role in the premier class. The only exception dates back to 1981, when Gina Boivard, a former American rider from Boston, competed in the 500cc class, now MotoGP. After 71 years, Boivard still holds a unique record: she is the only woman ever to race in the premier class.

What we do for our athletes

Angeluss is committed to becoming a reference point for talented women who wish to turn their passion for motorcycling into a profession but may lack access to opportunities, proper training, or necessary resources to do so. Our goal is to open new horizons and create an environment that fosters the growth and success of female athletes in the world of motorcycle racing.

To achieve these goals, we work on three main areas.

Customized paths

In collaboration with strategic partners, we develop training paths and concrete opportunities for athletes, providing them with the necessary tools to excel in the industry. Each athlete is supported with specific goals, building a future that meets their needs and the demands of the sector.

Academy and talent development

With our Academy, we will support our athletes throughout the various stages of development, nurturing their potential and giving them the opportunity to engage in projects where they can express themselves at their best, based on their abilities, while also capturing the interest of potential sponsors.

Image management and media relations

We work on the athletes' image, providing support and guiding them as they manage relationships with partners, sponsors, and the media.

Our Vision

With the path we are implementing, we at Angeluss firmly believe that it is possible to promote and support female professionalism, helping to break down some of the barriers women continue to face in many contexts.

"Everyone knows that something is impossible to achieve until a fool who doesn't know it arrives and makes it happen."

At Angeluss, we are determined to do just that: achieve what many think is unachievable.

Goals

At Angeluss, we are proud to have achieved historic milestones that demonstrate our commitment to the growth and success of women in motorcycling. Here are some of our main achievements:

The first 100% female team in the history of the MotoGP World Championship.

The first 100% female team in the history of the MotoGP World Championship.

We have brought a female rider to compete with a team entirely made up of women, including a team manager, mechanics, and a telemetry specialist. This is a historic step for inclusion and gender equality in our sport.
